God gets us, because God created us. God trusted us in the very beginning of creation and God affirmed that love and trust for us by sending Jesus Christ into the world. And now, powered by the Holy Spirit we share God’s grace and serve God’s creation.

Lyndale Lutheran Church is the little church with a big heart. We are an intergenerational congregation that gathers people from 15 zip codes and 4 school districts. Rooted in 114 years of history, we are vitally active in the community and believe that serving God and sharing God’s gospel go hand in hand.

In worship we give praise and thanksgiving to God who has so abundantly blessed our lives. We use a format each week that involves you in the worship through prayers, songs, sermons and communion. Pastor Gale's preaching style is out of the pulpit and highly engaging. Children are encouraged to be in worship - even when they need to get up and move for a moment. With their energy and excitement and awe, the presence of children and youth in worship gives the Holy Spirit more opportunity to reach people. As a congregation of 300 people, our faith is refreshed and renewed as we reach out to share the good news of Jesus Christ as we care for each other.
Children are Welcome at worship! There are busy bags, children's sermons and special music by children. If necessary, there is an Early Childhood Nursery available for children 5 and under located in the lower level (below the Sanctuary). The Nursery is staffed by a volunteer during the Sunday service

June 13-15: Garage Sale!
June 24: Here's the Beef! Planning meeting May 6th after church
July 8th 2pm: Rejoicing Spirits Worship - A special worship service specifically offerered for those with cognitive or developmental differences or Autism. A 'Shush Free' service will be highly interactive filled with much music and skits. Please spread the word! We will be needing many volunteers to help with this once a month service. Training is set for May 20 from 7-9 and May 30 from 7-9. Please talk to Lee Stephenson for more info. 763-479-3243
