God gets us, because God created us. God trusted us in the very beginning of creation and God affirmed that love and trust for us by sending Jesus Christ into the world. And now, powered by the Holy Spirit we share God’s grace and serve God’s creation.

A message from Elizabeth Holmberg
Dear family or friends,
I am writing in hope that you will be able to come join my team in helping raise money for Cancer research and awareness. For the second year, I will be leading a team in honor of my sister Sue, called: "Susan's Hope - Fight For the Cure".
Sue was diagnosed with advanced-stage lung cancer May 2011. I am happy to say that she is with us today because of impressive advances in cancer therapy. In raising money and awareness for Cancer, I believe, can help find the next treatment and an eventual cure.
At the Relay for Life event on July 26th, our team will camp out overnight and take turns walking around the Delano track to raise money and awareness to help the American Cancer Society create a world with less cancer and more birthdays. We will have lots of fun working together to promote funding for new cancer treatments and the "cure".
It would be wonderful to have you on our team and I hope you join us. The impact we can make together is much greater than what any of us could do alone!
Love, Liz
